Hello world!

ONGO is a system to account for and compensate users for choosing modes of transport, bicycling, running, and walking, with reduced Carbon Dioxide emissions. As beings that breathe oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, we have an impact on the environment. However, as beings with the capacity to choose modes of transport, we can also choose to minimize our impact on the environment. There is a problem. It is not practical or ethical to measure the carbon footprint of a being by introducing sensors which measure carbon dioxide exhaled with precision. Yet, it is still of profound interest to regard a being’s choice to use personal locomotion instead of burning organic fuels as having saved or reserved carbon dioxide emissions. Is it possible to use Cellular phone sensors to obtain position and time, in conjunction with available scientific data regarding averages of respiration during rest and activity, to compute carbon dioxide tons, showing the total carbon dioxide saved from going into the atmosphere and compensate users for this by selling these carbon dioxide tons to emitters looking to produce a balance of zero carbon emissions?
